This week the Plan calls for 70 miles. Due to Monday being a holiday and many of us being out of town Monday, the schedule below switches the Plan’s M/T training.
M 5 am 13 miles
T 5 am run to track. 11 miles with 5×1000 (or 1600)
W 5:30 am 6 mile recovery or rest
Th 5 am meet at gate & drive to Las Sendas. 11 miles of hills
F 5:30 am 6 mile recovery or rest
Sat 18-23 miles
