(Rick B. email:) With 4 months till the Phx Marathon, it is time to start training or at least build a base till we start the 3 month schedule in December. I’m not sure I’m up to real training a month after SG, but could do some base training. Per Coach Mike, in November we will build leg strength thru hills and moderate distance, plus some speed work for the Turkey Trot.

Th 5:15 am drive from gate at 5:20 or meet at Recker/Thomas 5:30 am for 7-8 miles of Las Sendas hills. Good prep for TT and Phx.
