The two week run block is over. For those of you that did not run the 30 miles between the 3 Thurs/Friday workouts, you may want to run on Saturday as a make up (Rick or Jeff or Ben can coordinate plan).
The next few days will focus on recovery to prepare for the next phase of the training.
- Monday — 1hr Swim or very easy bike (trainer)
- Tuesday — very easy (Z1) run to Adobe and back, 5:45am
- Wednesday — 1hr swim or very easy bike
- Thursday — 5:15am big loop, Z2
- Friday — 5:15am big loop Z2 with some free form builds
- Saturday — Las Sendas/marathon course work, Clubhouse to microwave tower and back, try and keep effort level lower, smooth good form on downhill sections but low effort level, start at 5:30 from clubhouse.
