Rest days for the next 5 days and then back on it Saturday. We will still follow the normal schedule during the week but the workouts will be all Z1-Z2 effort to flush the hard work from last week and Saturday.
Mon — Swim 5:30am at Kino. Easy Z1-2 1hr recovery ride on trainer
Tues — 5:30am run to university and back, Z1-2 pace with walk breaks
Wed — swim 5:30am at Kino. Easy Z2 recovery ride 1-2 hrs. High cadence, don’t chase power this week.
Thurs — 5:30am run to university and back with walk breaks.
Fri — swim 5:30am.
Saturday — 4-5 hr bike at Ironman pace, then rest/refuel for 30 min and run to Universtiy and back at IM pace with last three miles at slightly faster than Ironman pace. Bike time and location TBD.
