- Monday — easy run to Adobe or University and back, 5:30am start. You could also swim or bike easy.
- Tuesday — Hill repeats on McDowell, 5:15am start, 20 min warm-up, then hill work, then 30 min Z2/3 cool down.
- Wednesday — rest or swim
- Thursday — 5:15am, run big loop at Z2/3 pace, light and smooth, finish with 6x20sec hill blasts on Lehi hill.
- Friday — very easy run, 5:30am, or ride or swim
- Saturday — 2hr trail run, time/location TBD.
